SPECIALIZED FORMAT FOR THIS CLASS (due to continued COVID restrictions)   

4 hour core curriculum offered virtually via Zoom 

Participants can come to the location FISTA provides to attend this virtual workshop.  We understand reliable internet and other challenges make virtual training difficult for many people and we want to help you get your training in the best way we can at this point.

However, since this class is being offered virtually, attendees can also participate from their own location if they register by April 28, 2021.

Covers planning, timber harvesting, forest road design and location, wetland and stream crossings, riparian management zones, and the permitting process of crossings. Part of this session will be held outdoors.  Speakers are from the WI DNR.
