Event Overview

SPECIALIZED FORMAT FOR THIS CLASS (due to continued COVID restrictions)

4 hour core curriculum offered virtually via Zoom

Participants can come to the location FISTA provides to attend this virtual workshop.  We understand reliable internet and other challenges make virtual training difficult for many people and we want to help you get your training in the best way we can at this point.

However, since this class is being offered virtually, attendees can also participate from their own location if they register by April 28, 2021.

IF YOU REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS, PLEASE LET FISTA KNOW WHAT LOCATION YOU WILL ATTEND THE CLASS FROM.

Non-native, invasive species pose a profound threat to forest ecosystems and productivity. This workshop enables participants to identify the most troublesome plant and insect species, better understand the impact they can make and slow the spread of invaders.  Speakers are from the WI DNR.
